As a seasoned marketing and administration professional, you will excel at managing a variety of tasks and requests that come through from your busy team. This means you’ll have an energetic, proactive attitude and great time management skills. 

You will be involved in implementing strategies to lead and innovate with marketing, position our people as experts and create memorable service experiences for clients and customers.

This includes pitch documents, presentations, Information Memorandums, submissions, email marketing and other marketing materials using business tools.

  • Assisting in marketing campaigns including the production of marketing materials and updating websites
  • Preparing videos in conjunction with professional videographers
  • Preparing property reports, submissions, presentations, contracts, statutory and standard forms
  • Prioritising requests from your team, including staff working remotely
  • Managing internal client database
  • Coordinating client and departmental meetings, including taking minutes and preparing agendas
  • General administration including travel bookings, invoicing and expense claims management
  • Working in collaboration with the National Marketing Manager for Investment Services and wider marketing team to promote the Colliers brand and position our team as experts
