The Opportunity
Reporting to the Eastern Region HR Manager and joining an established national HR team, the HRBP will collaborate with colleagues and peers within the regional team and across their national CoE model to support a broad range of operational and project-based delivery. In this role, you will be:
Supporting a full remit of generalist HR activities across the employee lifecycle for a portfolio of roughly 700 people. This includes recruitment through to change management, ER, performance management, talent and engagement action-planning.
