About the role
This position is responsible for the marketing and attraction, screening, compliance, training and assessment of new carers, as well as the development and retention of existing carers within the Home-Based Care Programs.
The Carer Recruitment and Development Worker is responsible for the delivery of high-quality carer recruitment, training, assessment and development of carers within a trauma informed practice framework. The position is a member of the Victorian Carer Recruitment and Development team and works collaboratively with the Home-Based Care programs and the Community Engagement Team.
This is a Full-Time Fixed term (until June 3rd 2025) opportunity based in Dandenong South, VIC within our Victorian Carer Recruitment and Development Team. The position reports to the Carer Recruitment and Development Coordinator.
