One of Australias leading logistics organisations is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle ensuring the most effective utilisation of human resources for the purpose of achieving strategic business objectives. You will be required to provide high quality advisory support to internal and external stakeholders whilst promoting best practice HR initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide advice and assistance in all generalist HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, industrial relations, performance management, learning and development, employee practices, policies and procedures
Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the workforce plan is on track for NSW & ACT
Interpret industrial instruments and partner with managers to provide advice and support with employee relations matters
Maintain accurate HRIS data and prepare regular reports and statistics
Coordinate and help manage performance management and disciplinary
