Details: The ACT Electoral Commission is undertaking enhancements to the operational capacity of Elections ACT to ensure that high levels of public confidence in electoral integrity and satisfaction with electoral services continue into the 2024 election and beyond.
To achieve this Elections ACT is seeking a motivated Misleading Electoral Advertising Officer to assist in compliance and enforcement of misleading electoral advertising under section 297A of the Electoral Act 1992 (Electoral Act).
