Seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our client's team in their Woden ACT store. Candidates from all backgrounds wlecomed to apply! No overseas applications.
What You Will Be Doing:
Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at the Woden store.
Coach your team to generate leads and interact daily with customers
Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
Complete the day-to-day operations of the store
Meet daily and monthly sales targets
What We Are Seeking:
An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging with potential customers on a daily basis
Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets (not essential)
A passion for face-to-face customer conversations and engagement
Availability to work retail hours on a rotating roster
Basic computer literacy
