We are currently assisting them in the recruitment of a Customer Service Representative to join their close-knitcall centre in their conveniently located Condell Park office. They are looking for a candidate's who are comited to exellance, who are willing to learn and grow, with clear career progression available. They have a great support network available and focus on providing the highest customer service experience for their clients.
The Role As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Ensure all incoming calls and emails are handled in a friendly, professional manner
Effectively Managing work orders in a timely manner through multiple portals.
Building strong, long-standing relationships with clients
