Ulan Coal Mines, an established and high-output underground longwall coal mining operation in the western coalfields of NSW, is currently seeking to appoint a Deputy (Crew Supervisor).
As a proactive leader, the Deputy will spearhead safety and compliance in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act, inspire teams through clear directives, prioritise safety above all, and drive production targets while ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules and statutory regulations.
