About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Nurse Unit Manager Surgical, Medical and Rehabilitation Wards with strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills to join the Mater Private Hospital Bundaberg .
This position is permanent full-time (1.0 FTE) , working in conjunction with existing Nurse Unit Managers to oversee inpatient services, with delegated and shared portfolios.
As one of the Nurse Unit Managers (NUM), you will provide operational and clinical management in a combined leadership role.
