Full Time Marketing Specialist
Salary $75000 +superannuation
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop effective marketing strategies to help sales team to close more deals.
• Exceptional marketing communication and rapport building skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-manage and drive customer focused solutions.
• A willingness and desire to learn new social media marketing strategies.
• Experience with mainstream CRM operations in addition to strong computer literacy.
• Working with local media channels to obtain more marketing resources.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification and Experience
A relevant tertiary qualification
2-3 years' similar experience
Strong interpersonal skills with an Interest in customer experience. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe photoshop
Experience in Agile delivery methodology. Experience in executing emails and tagging for results tracking. The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Be able to travel interstate to organize marketing events.
Be able to coordinate with different sales channels to facilitate sales team to close deal. Be able to work outside office hours to attending functions and marketing events.
Languages - English and Chinese
