We are proudly part of Japan Post - www.tollgroup.com The Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Fuel Transport Coordinator at our Karratha site. This exciting and fast paced role will see you effectively manage and organise the transport of customer's products to depots, terminals and retail outlets. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this newly created position exists to ensure that the product is despatched in a timely and cost effective manner in accordance with road safety legislation and customer contractual requirements. This position undertakes an important role through daily operational liaison with our Driver Group to ensure we meet our Customers Deliveries and Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with Fuel Scheduler to ensure Customer Delivery Requirements are met
Co-Ordinate with Fuel Drivers regarding their planned deliveries for their rostered shift and discuss any specific requirements with them to ensure the delivery is achieved
Create Load Plans and Paperwork that comply with all facets of Compliance for Road Transport Rules and Regulations and Dangerous Goods Requirements
Update Key Account Managers with any variance to planned deliveries that will affect the outcome on forecasted volumes
Handle Truck Breakdowns and liaise with Workshop for a timely outcome on repairs and update Key Account Managers with any variance to planned deliveries as a result of the break down.
Manage Driver's Fatigue Hours and record in Spreadsheet and ensure they are compliant
Update Daily Drivers Shift Notes with any Information or Learnings to enable them to be successful during their Shift
General Day to Day Operational Requirements to keep the Trucks and Drivers Moving

Qualifications-

Well-developed organizational and computer skills

Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Customer service orientation - detailed understanding and strong curiosity about our customers and what adds value to them.
Ability to adapt and manage change
Ability to establish and maintain effective support and rapport with personnel at all levels
Ability to resolve conflict to a positive, business value-added outcome
