The Assistant Director - Lived Experience applies a Lived Experience perspective to support the Director in implementing the business and strategic plan in the region, including identification and application of quality improvement activities, regional application of Open Arms procedures, and evaluation of regional service delivery arrangements, to promote recovery and person-directed service delivery. The Assistant Director - Lived Experience leverages knowledge and experience gained from a relevant Lived Experience background to support and guide development of the Lived Experience workforce.
