About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Supervisor is to coordinate and instruct the maintenance crews in relation to daily operations and to achieve a high level of production. The Maintenance Supervisor must also ensure maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and productive manner in accordance with:
Yarrabees Safety & Health Management System
Yarrabees policies & procedures and Code of Discipline
Yarrabees maintenance schedule
Manufacturers procedures and recommendations
Industry best operating practices
