About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager you will provide comprehensive and sustainable administrative services to the healthcare team in our correctional environment. Organised and with a high attention to detail you will be responsible for booking appointments, clinical record keeping, providing daily clinic reports, and ensuring all inmate files are correct.
What youll be doing
Working closely with the Healthcare team in assisting them with administrative support.
Assisting with the preparation and running of clinics in the Healthcare centre.
Booking all relevant appointments, recording these in the clinical record and ensuring inmates are aware of appointments.
Maintaining all internal and external waiting lists and work to manage these within acceptable timeframes.
