Dennis Family Homes has a vacancy for a highly motivated and organised Pre-Site Coordinator to join our fast-paced, supportive, and collaborative team based at our Notting Hill office.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager this position is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive regular, informative and accurate communication throughout the whole pre-site phase of their new home build.
As a Pre-Site Coordinator, you will coordinate activities to prepare for our customers new home builds whilst ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction is delivered.
Daily tasks include:
Managing the clients experience by ensuring they are contacted proactively to provide accurate information and updates relating to the progress of their project.
