ABOUT THE ROLE
The House Coordinator collaborates with key Intensive Therapeutic Residential Care (ITRC) team members to lead the implementation of the ITRC model and to ensure that the CASPA care home provides a therapeutic environment which actively engages young people in activities and routines, fostering the acquisition of life skills such as emotional regulation, problem-solving, and social competencies. This position is primarily based within the home environment and requires flexibility, supported by expertise in effectively overseeing teams and addressing complex trauma-based needs.
