The Executive Assistant position will provide support to our Chief People Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. They will ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the leadership team. This role involves managing diaries, coordinating meetings, supporting email correspondence, handling various administrative tasks, and be a key point of contact between the leadership team and other departments.
What you can expect in the role:
- Manage the diaries of the CPO, CTO, and CFO, including scheduling meetings, events and appointments
- Coordinate weekly WIP meetings and other team requirements, providing support with minute taking and reporting
- Assist with email management, ensuring all correspondence is addressed and actioned promptly
- Manage travel arrangements for the leadership team and oversee logistics for investor meetings and events
- Create and maintain an IR database, providing up-to-date contact information for shareholders, analyst, and stakeholders
- Provide general support with administrative tasks, including producing business correspondence, reporting and presentations
- Act as a proactive communicator between the leadership team and other departments, ensuring seamless information flow
- Support with project management, ensuring all actions are completed as scheduled
You’ll enjoy this role if you have:
- Previous experience in an executive support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members and external stakeholders
