The Role
Representing Peters Ice Cream in the Independent Grocery space working across Western Sydney Metro, Regional NSW including Taree, Wollongong and Orange regions, and ACT, you will be responsible for increasing sales to drive Peters Ice Cream market share and category performance through store & MSO ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below:
- Selling in core and NPD products
- Growing distribution ranging
- Negotiation of greater shelf space with managers to leverage market share
- Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
- Driving sales results
- Develop strong store relationships
- New line pre-sell and building of range distribution
- Implementation of Ice Cream layouts category flow
- Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity

Key selection criteria:
- Relevant experience in Sales based role in Retail, FMCG and Merchandising, highly favourable in Independent Grocery
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
- Able to work autonomously
- Valid driver licence and reliable car
