The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Duty Manager in effectively managing all areas of the Housekeeping department. This is a part time role that will require early morning starts and weekend work.
Duties
- Check cleaned rooms to ensure they meet hotel standard
- Train and motivate team members on a daily basis
- Ensure room cleaning productivity is monitored and maintained
- Room allocations for all staff on a daily basis
- Assist with lost property requests from guests
- Handle & resolve guest complaints
- Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure all guest requests are met
