The role
Reporting to the Team Leader, Recruitment Services, you will provide recruitment advice and services to a defined portfolio of work. You will largely work autonomously, checking in with your colleagues and team leader as needed using a shared inbox.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing end to end recruitment administration services for a defined portfolio.
Providing contemporary recruitment advice in line with legislation in a complex environment.
Using various recruitment databases and systems HR systems including Springboard, Vader, myHR and SAP for record keeping purposes.
Processing Criminal History Checks for the Department of Health using internal and external systems following existing processes.
