CoffeeMan NT Pty Ltd, a thriving cafe which has opened its second shop in Darwin, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe/Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily operations of the cafe/restaurant
•Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
•Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
•Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
•Monitor and control inventory and expenses
•Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
Selection Criteria:
•Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role
•Strong leadership and management skills
•Excellent communication and customer service abilities
•Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
•Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
•A passion for the hospitality industry
