Officemovers conduct commercial relocations in the greeter Sydney metropolitan area.
The position available will be to over see the entire process from the post sale point all the way through to post execution.
Position.
The position is a full time role.
Salary is in $80,000 to $90,000 band deepening on relevant experience and qualifications.
Qualifications.
Completed higher education.
Have minimum 3 years experience in logistics, project management experience is a plus.
Excellent proven people management skills.
Computer literate.
Fluent English.
Full Australian drivers licence.
Tasks.
You will be required to organise as aspects of the logistics side of the business.
Using your past experience drive operational efficiency.
Inventory management, equipment maintenance scheduling.
Insure we are compliant with all current legislation in relation to safety and compliance.
Meeting with clients to discuss timeframes and client expectations.
In liaison with the operations team formulate a coordinated move plan agreeable with all stakeholders.
Oversee all pre-move activities, organise crew, equipment allocation, packing material deliveries, access at respective sites, any online inductions that crew may need to complete.
Insure operations team have completed risk assessment.
Oversee the actual execution of the relocation liaising with client and operations team.
Post move reporting back to sales for invoicing with all activities and any variations to contract.
Post move liaison with client and operations team to address any issues.
