An exciting opportunity has become available for Welders/Fabricators to join our team. As a key member of the Cleverdon’s team you will be confident in all aspects of fabrication and repairs and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
Fabricating, assembling and repairing metal products such as structures, frames, plate and sheet assemblies, pipe-work and vessels.
Manual arc welding, oxy acetylene welding, mig welding, tig welding.
Performing manual heating and thermal cutting including mechanical cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting, plasma cutting, air arc gouging.
Interpreting technical drawings and performing engineering measurements and computations.
Maintaining and ensuring safe and correct use of all workshop tools and equipment.
Skills & Experience:
Our ideal candidate will have:
Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent Welding Trade Certificate.
Current Drivers Licence.
Ability to read, interpret and fabricate from workshop drawings.
Ability to think independently and work as part of a team.
Demonstrated understanding of NSW Work Health and Safety regulations.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
High level customer service, strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
Pay Range
$70,000 - $75,000
