Our recruitment outsourcing business has opportunities for Client Recruitment Partners to work within some of our most tenured and successful accounts. This is a great chance to work directly for one of the largest Global Financial Services brands within the APAC region. Our clients include one of ANZ's largest financial services providers and a Global Investment Bank. Hays provides MSP (Temp) and RPO (Permanent) recruitment services across Australia and New Zealand, and we have strong relationships with these clients over many years of partnership.
Your new role

Manage all aspects of recruitment service delivery for the engagement of temporary workforce
Work with hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs and present appropriate solutions
Educate key stakeholders on the recruitment lifecycle, systems and technology
Engage with the recruitment supplier panel to ensure full understanding of role requirements
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers and other key stakeholders
Work with the offsite team in Auckland to ensure the successful onboarding and ongoing engagement of temporary workers
Bring innovative ideas and turn them into improvements to process and service to help drive the success of the team
Provide analysis and insights through data and analytics in order to consult hiring managers on their temporary workforce

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous experience delivering temporary or contingency recruitment services either within an Agency or MSP. You'll be passionate about delivering service excellence and proactively partnering with hiring managers to understand their current and future requirements. Critical thinking and influencing skills are important to this role to work with stakeholders to consider solutions, and continually expand and strengthen the Hays brand across the business.
