We are looking to fill Night shifts part of the roster - on offer is Night Penalty rates increasing your take home pay . You have the opportunity to pick up permanent shifts with penalty rates and 17.5 % leave loading on paid annual leave or work as a casual and take the casual loading of 25%. What we are looking for
A genuine caring nature with demonstrated tolerance, patience and empathy for the elderly in the community
Demonstrated experience in caring for the elderly and/or vulnerable individuals in a residential/ group home setting and/or community is desirable
Certificate III in Individual support or similar- talk to us about traineeships
Australian work rights
Willing to undergo National Police check OR NDIS Workers Screening check (for NDIS homes)
It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid RSL LifeCare Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
