Trainer - Production
Join the Tropicana team as an EXPERIENCED Production Trainer and be responsible for conducting on-the-job training sessions to enhance technical skills, safety awareness, and operational efficiency.
About the role FIFO from Perth 8:6 days only roster Salary dependant on experience
Duties include, but not limited to
Coordinating and executing training and assessment in accordance with Macmahon training standards and site-specific training plan
Maintaining training records to ensure accuracy, currency and confidentiality
Support training of other site departments as required
Ensuring compliance of training forecast/ schedule and allocated training requirements
