To be successful you must possess the following:
Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is desirable
Experience using Triton Management System and I-Leader (or willing to learn)
Experience in a Meat Processing facility preferred but not required
Thorough understanding of Food Safety and Quality Assurance procedures
High level of initiative, attention to detail and self-motivation
Preparedness to work flexible hours (including early morning starts and overtime)
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Time management and organizational skills
Your role:
Oversee day-to-day operations of Carton Marshalling, Chillers 11 & 12 and Loadout areas & procedures.
