McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations. We are currently seeking a Packing Floor Trainer to join the team in a full-time capacity at our Grading and Packing Facility. About the role: As the Packing Floor Trainer, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees on the Grading and Packing Floor. Collaborating closely with the McLean Farms Training Coordinator, you will assess training needs, design curriculum, deliver training sessions, and evaluate their effectiveness.
