About the role
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (Patient Safety and Quality) is a registered nurse who is accountable for practice at an advanced level, to provide specialist advice and support to the Patient Safety and Quality team and the clinical divisions across West Moreton Health on all aspects of clinical safety and quality improvement.
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (Patient Safety and Quality) provides dedicated support to one or more clinical divisions in a business partner model and holds HHS-wide responsibility as portfolio expert for one or more National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.

Expert knowledge and experience in applying contemporary patient safety, quality improvement, audit and risk management methodologies within a general healthcare setting, to meet current accreditation standards.
