As the Interior Design Team Leader, you will lead a team of talented Interior Designers, mentoring, training, and developing them to achieve exceptional design outcomes while adhering to project briefs and budgets.
THE ROLE:
Recruit, mentor, train, and lead a team of Interior Designers to deliver outstanding design outcomes.
Work closely with the Project Management team to schedule key interior design activities and oversee project execution.
Conduct thorough interior design brief meetings with clients to establish requirements and budgets.
Develop innovative interior design concepts, material palettes, and finishes to meet client briefs.
Coordinate appointments and assist clients in selecting fixtures, materials, and finishes.
