The position encompasses a variety of disciplines that will provide you with versatility, flexibility, opportunity and will open up multiple career pathways that you may not have yet considered. On any day your tasks can include:
- Client Floor meeting service
- Food and beverage service
- Executive Boardroom service
- Visitor arrival experience, access control and contractor management
- Administration, operation and management of the workplace
- Audio Visual and basic IT support
- Meeting room management and set-up
- Ensuring the workplace is presented, maintained and utilised the way it was designed
- Assisting employees with day-to-day enquiries
- Responding to and implementing changes to the workplace and processes as required
- Inducting new employees into the workplace
- Event and Food & Beverage support
