This position, which is based in the Brisbane CBD, will be responsible for the day to day management of our client’s commercial and industrial assets.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Provision of first-class service to landlords and tenants
- Monthly management and financial reports for all properties
- Conducting rent reviews and lease expiries
- Organising work orders, and following up on completion of ordered works
