Role:
As a Production Planner you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient planning and scheduling of our manufacturing operations to meet customer demand and maximize productivity.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop production schedules,
manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of our water trucks to our valued customers.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Supervising the production planning process
Procurement of necessary parts
Assessing production lead times
Ensuring punctual deliveries from suppliers
Collaborating with the production team on vehicle manufacturing
Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills
Ideal candidates must have:
Strong data analysis skills
Proficient in planning and scheduling
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Pay close attention to details for accurate planning and execution
Solve problems as they arise during production
Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
Proficient with Excel spreadsheet
Use software and tools to streamline planning processes
Lead and motivate team members
Ensure workplace safety for all employees
Focus on meeting customer needs and delivering quality products
Qualification:
An engineering degree or equivalent practical experience
