Salary: Entry level $75K more for experience plus bonuses and commissions

To respond and resolve incoming IT queries remotely via email & phone or onsite (as required) for both customers and internal staff.
Monitor and escalate customer incidents and requests to ensure they are resolved within SLA terms.
Lead service improvement activities for the Service Desk Team and be an escalation point for more complex issues.
Document processes and maintain service desk records including IT documentation of infrastructure and user details in credentials software.
