Travel interstate and to regional/remote areas of NSW to undertake site inspections
Meet individual budget and assist with the preparing, monitoring and updating budgets and forecasts for the division
Follow up debtors
Implement marketing initiatives and contribute to business development and client engagement by taking ownership of new and existing client relationships
Attend client / industry events to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge
Assess market values for properties, particularly within own sector / market
Extract and appropriately analyse comparable sales evidence
Collaborate with other service lines across Colliers and complete valuation work for mutual clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
Ongoing enhancement of internal databases
Seek and refer opportunities to other geographic locations and product lines
