About the role: CHU at West HQ is recruiting for an inspired and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a large front of house team ensuring seamless restaurant operations and delivering impeccable service. What are we looking for?
Considerable experience working in a fine dining/al la carte restaurant management role.
Operational finesse, strong floor presence and a passion for hospitality.
Excellent wine knowledge (WSET and/or Court of Master Sommelier certification is a bonus).
