In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end setup and delivery of value-added product growth streams for business. This position is critical for driving profit optimisation and expanding revenue streams for the business. You will identify and build new processes, provide technical expertise, and manage relationships with third-party suppliers. You will manage internal innovation gate process, develop and manage the innovation roadmap for the launch of new value-added products in domestic and export markets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the business to support new business category development and change management.
