As a Traffic Management Designer, you'll be the driving force behind creating efficient and effective traffic management solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Traffic Management Design: Take ownership of all aspects related to traffic management design, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the safety and functionality of our projects.
Design Oversight: Lead the development and execution of design strategies. Conduct thorough reviews of design proposals, leveraging your expertise to enhance functionality, safety, and efficiency.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with our Planning and Compliance Manager, Senior Account Managers, and Account Managers. Align traffic management designs seamlessly with overall project goals, providing essential support during planning and execution phases.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by actively engaging with design teams. Effective communication and coordination are key to success.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes within the design function. Regular audits will ensure that our design outputs consistently meet the highest standards.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and innovation in traffic management design. Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to continually improve our methods.
What you'll need to succeed
Expertise: A proven track record in traffic management design, with a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations.
Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful integration of traffic management plans into broader project designs.
Leadership Skills: Provide guidance and direction in design strategies, driving excellence in execution.
Attention to Detail: Conduct thorough reviews, be sure what the best practise is and have the ability to review other designers' drawings.
Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and coordination within design teams.
You will have had some exposure to Traffio, RapidPlan, or Assignar and have a proven track record in the Traffic Management Industry.
