We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Job Costing Administrator to join our Guildford team. Working a Monday to Friday roster.

Key Responsibilities 

Raise and receipt purchase orders, including cross referencing against work scopes and sourcing parts
Set up jobs with complete information
Amending changes to customer information, i.e., change in order number and variations
Editing information on jobs as per changes to job authorisation sheets in GP
Timesheet entry and reconciliation
Update labour rates for all non-administration staff
Check that all information entered on jobs is correct, i.e., purchase orders and invoices
Ad hoc general administrative duties including cover
