Client Service Officer
Role Objective:
The focus of this position is to deliver a wide array of services and guidance related to applicants, tenancy and property management to clients, advocates and stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide counsel and support to clients and their advocates regarding housing options, aligning with relevant laws and procedures.
Collaborate with internal experts and external partners, making referrals as needed to better address client needs.
Oversee tenancies and assist clients in maintaining successful tenancy agreements.
Support initiatives promoting tenancy and community involvement to foster cohesive neighbourhoods and stronger communities.
Safeguard client information for confidentiality, accuracy and reliability.
Monitor property conditions and facilitate maintenance or minor alterations to meet client requirements.
