Ideally you will have a minimum of 5- 7 years? experience in a valuations/development management/town planning/property law role, demonstrating your knowledge of the early stages of the development cycle. Strong report writing skills, a deep understanding of the value drivers of real estate and a creative outlook on solutions is a must.
