Programmed Skilled Workforce is looking for Food Production Operators for multiple roles based in Allansford, Victoria. Our client is a global dairy foods manufacturer whose brands are iconic in the Warrnambool region. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a workplace with a family friendly culture offering exceptional remuneration. These roles are casual positions covering 24 hours, 7 days per week. Successful candidates must possess the following personal and professional attributes to be successful in their application - these include;
Reliable and punctual.
Good communication skills.
Must be able to work 8 -12-hour shifts, Day or Night
Ability to follow directions and specific company processes.
Be hard working and prepared to do repetitive physical tasks.
Be willing to be flexible with availability and shifts.
Ability to work within small and large teams.
Ability to stick to stringent Safety and Quality processes.
Access to own or reliable transport to site.
LF License (preferred but not essential
