Site Supervisor required for a full time position with a Northern beaches based multiple award winning builder.
Focused primarily on high end residential projects up to $20mil, this company has an excellent record and reputation in this market, and gives an excellent opportunity to join a company that is unique in it's quality of work.
The current projects are $7.5m new build in Bellevue, $2mil renovation in Bondi & a $5mil new build in Vaucluse. All of the projects are working on architecturally designed homes with high detail finishing work so a candidate with this type of background is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
Understanding plans to ensure construction progression is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
Majority of work is management but having to jump on the tools if required
Maintain construction schedules and ensure safety protocols are followed
