Owning the development and execution of sales & marketing activation/shopper marketing plans including promotions, store concept, retail display, visual merchandising and field communications across retail and trade decorative paint markets and other DuluxGroup SBUs as required. You will leverage your knowledge of shopper journeys and retailer requirements to make insight led recommendations that ultimately ensure consumers have an amazing experience with our brands.
