In this role you will:
Lead, mentor and coach the learning and development of direct reports
Influence and drive continuous improvement
Oversee all tasks on projects where nominated as a Project Manager, including leading effective client engagement, replicon management, completion of case studies and tender engagement reports, and knowledge sharing
Develop and deliver on the approved portfolio strategy & business plan
About you:
Tertiary degree (Bachelor level) in Civil Engineering, or Geology or Engineering Geology disciplines and RPEQ/CPEng or equivalent
15 years experience in the engineering consulting or construction industry, including at least 5 years in management level
Exposure to multi-discipline engineering or construction delivery
Experience in working on major tenders
Strong leadership skills with the ability to create effective teams to maximise the productive ability of individuals while maintaining a focus on portfolio objectives
