We are looking for an experienced customer service officer. If you enjoy a busy role with a combination of reception and administrative duties, this may be the job for you. You will be working with our clinical team at our Head Office at Fitzroy location.
Role responsibilities include:
Providing a professional level of customer service for all our clients
Responding to enquiries (face-to-face, phone and online) on services and products accurately and in line with established policies and procedures
Managing the appointment book including recalling our clients for their yearly appointments
Providing administrative support to clinicians
Invoicing, claiming for services and products e.g., Medicare, Hearing Services Program & Workcover
Ordering and receiving stock
About you:
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Strong organizational and time management skill
Clear verbal communication and excellent phone and interpersonal manner
Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high paced environment
Ability to work with a high level of accuracy, and excellent attention to detail
Ability to learn new software systems and products quickly
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in customer service, and office administration duties such as invoicing, ordering and receiving stock is essential.
