We are seeking a passionate, collaborative Lead Process Analyst to drive process mapping, process improvement and service transformation enabled through our Digital Transformation Program (Program). The role will initially focus on establishing future state visions for the services and processes in scope of the initiative, later collaborating with our implementation partners and process owners to identify business rules and requirements to enable the configuration of our enabling technology.

 What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of existing business processes related to the current ERP system.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including department heads and end-users, to gather insights and feedback on current workflows.
  • Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in the existing processes.
  • Lead workshops and collaborative sessions to envision and design future-state processes aligned with the upgraded ERP system.
  • Work closely with business and IT teams to understand system capabilities and ensure process design is optimized for efficiency.
  • Develop detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and related documentation for the future-state processes.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process maps.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs and requirements.
  • Address feedback and incorporate necessary changes into process maps.
  • Collaborate with the Change Management team to develop strategies for transitioning from current to future processes.
  • Identify and communicate the impact of process changes on various stakeholders.

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Lead Process Analyst or similar role, in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Proven experience as a Process Mapping Lead or Business Analyst in ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, workflow analysis, and process optimization techniques.
  • Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their impact on business processes.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
