The Opportunity:
As a Package Expeditor, you will play a critical role in supporting and expediting the supply of materials and spares, ensuring timely delivery to the project sites. This role involves significant coordination with suppliers, managing multiple package lifecycles, and proactive involvement in cost analysis and negotiation.
Supplier Coordination: Build & maintain relationships with suppliers.
Package Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of various packages.
Cost Analysis and Negotiation: Conduct cost analysis, negotiate with suppliers, and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
Excel Mastery: Excel skills for inventory tracking, reports.
Conflict Resolution: Tackle procurement and supply issues promptly,
