About the Role!
An experienced QBCC Licenced Site Manager in volume building. A full-time permanent role to join our Residential Construction Team at our Lake Cathie Resort. The role would suit someone who has worked on volume build, town houses or similar. The current Site Manager, recently promoted, will be there to do a handover and the team, are seasoned and understand their roles at the site, you need to walk in continue to give them direction, keep the quality to a high standard and ensure they are running to schedule. At GemLife this is one of many resorts that we are currently in construction for plus have many more that we will be starting construction in our long pipeline of work. We offer a 9-day fortnight, have a great culture, we believe in recognition plus we offer a great salary and bonuses for hitting your KPI's.
