Role purpose The key purpose of the Maintenance Officer is to work closely with the Operations Manager(s) to maintain the general up-keep of the centre(s) and to ensure a safe environment for retailers, customers and the general public whilst maintaining the highest level of stakeholder engagement.
The Maintenance Officer will undertake any tasks as required via centre request or Vicinity maintenance system that they have the capability to perform safely in accordance with Vicinity policies and legislative requirements. This would include but would not be limited to:
